Press Release

We are pleased to announce the formation of a new association for Internet Solutions Providers,
Independent ISPs for America, Inc. (http://www.II4A.org). This organization has its roots in
legislative support for ISPs, as many of the founding members played a large part in the
opposition of the Bell Forbearance Petitions to the Federal Communications Commission.

"It is time for an ISP association with a mission to speak for the industry to politicians and
policy makers," says Peter Radizeski of RAD-INFO, Inc. "That organization is IIA."

There have been many ISP associations. Most are buying clubs. The IIA is more than that.
Foremost, it is a group that educates its members on better business practices, marketing,
and new technologies - ways for the Independent ISP to compete in the shifting sands of
telecom. In addition, IIA is there to edify the FCC, Congress and state governments on
the impact that proposed rules and bills will have on this dynamic market segment - and
in turn the repercussions for consumers.

Sprint and GNET are the first vendors to lend their support to the new group. The new
group can be visited at ISPCON in Baltimore starting today at Booth 109.

IIA Inks Deal for Sprint DSL

The Independent ISPs for America, a not-for-profit association,
signed an agreement with Sprint to offer the best pricing for DSL to IIA members. IIA members can take advantage of the association's combined 5 year / 2500+ circuit commitment. IIA members must submit a new DSL contract to Sprint, but the change will be painless to the ISP.
