If they are truly interested in a wholesale program then I would go with Cingular. Since we are wholesaling to them, if they have their own billing capability, they can package those minutes anyway they want. See below: This program will be available in mid-Jan. The agent offer won't be till mid-Feb.
 
OPTION 1 - Wholesale/Affiliate
 
Wholesale access to the Cingular network with the following features:
  • Wholesale per minute airtime price of $0.09 per minute, which includes:
    • Local ANI
    • Nationwide Coverage via the Cingular Network
    • Domestic LD
    • Voicemail
    • Call Waiting
    • Three-way Calling
    • Caller ID
    • Call Forwarding
  • Wholesale per message price of $0.07 for SMS (Short Messaging Service)
  • Wholesale access to a range of Cingular handsets and related accessories
  • Daily CDR feeds (posted to ftp site for manual or automatic download)
  • Access to a web-based subscriber activation/management portal featuring
    • Subscription activation and deactivation
    • Feature provisioning (SMS and Calling features)
    • Number porting
    • Equipment ordering, provisioning and shipping (handsets and accessories)
  • Optional customizing of packaging to include custom box and equipment labeling and custom splash screen provisioning (cost TBD)
  • Access to add-on PNG services like PowerDial (for lower-cost International LD calling) at wholesale rates (TBD)

Resell a $0.020 per minute Pay-as-you-Go airtime offer on the Cingular National network, which will include:

Resell a $0.10 Pay-as-you-Go SMS offer
Resell three handset choices (Good, Better, Best) and related accessories
User access to web-based eBill showing daily usage/charges
User access to 18x7 PNG customer care  for all support needs
  • User access to other PNG services like PowerDial
